This may not exactly be what you want to do with your boss during lunch break, but this 30-minute routine will change your body if you commit to it 4 times a week. Move through the circuit 3 times, resting for 30 seconds between each move and for one minute between each set, then go to Chipotle and order your favorite burrito bowl.
